Q01Do I need to know how to set up the equipment?

No. Every rental package ships with white-glove setup from one of our technicians.

Add-on items attached to a package are covered by the same setup service. The tech walks you through controls before they leave.

Q02How many karaoke songs are included?

Thousands — from classics to current chart hits, updated regularly.

Custom song requests can be pre-loaded on request when you book.

Q03Can I extend the rental period?

Yes, pending availability. Call dispatch and we'll coordinate an extension and an updated pickup window.

Availability varies — let us know as early as possible to secure the gear. We'll update the rental terms and confirm the new dates with you.

Q04What if equipment stops working during the event?

Call dispatch. Every event has a live on-call technician assigned for the rental window.

We can troubleshoot remotely or roll a truck — whichever gets you back up faster.

Q05What happens if equipment is accidentally damaged?

Notify us at the next opportunity. Accidents happen — we'd rather know early.

We assess damage against the rental agreement and walk through any repair or replacement charges with you before they're applied. Honest reporting helps; we're here to resolve it smoothly.
